Personal responsibility is something that can be described as the natural right to be accountable for one's own actions. Responsibility as I believe is the obligation for an individual to have an idea of what the outcome of their choices will be, determine how it will affect each situation and make the most logical decision. Each initial decision has the opportunity to create a specific result, whether it be positive or negative. Everyone is faced with the weight of responsibility, but in the end all situations come down to making logical determinations and knowing deep inside that every particular individual is entirely accountable for each action. Take for example a situation put in perspective of real life encounters. There are many negative decisions that individuals choose to make everyday that create damage to both the health of the mind and body. These individuals do not take notice to the caution that is directed toward their well being. The repeated faulty decisions eventually lead to sickness and deterioration of the life that had once flourished. Some may say that the product used to lead the sickness is to blame. Others may determine that the individual is accountable for their actions and the ignorance to not take notice to the proposed risks.
In situations such as this I have come to believe that personal responsibility is the most outer lying factor. The individuals that have been overcome by their determination to satisfy their needs is the negative decision that has led them to where they stand. All people need to be able to determine what is most required before they give in to the craving of their own personal wants. The initial decision, to me, is what all individuals need to be responsible for. The mindset of that moment is what leads to the next occurrence and requires the greatest amount of true personal responsibility.
